Just in case anyone else has tried everything to get SU to recognize a valid license without success...

      From Trimble support:

"The user might be having an issue with the formatting in their email program (like outlook) changing the dash to a "bash" which looks the same but SketchUp doesn't recognize it. Try typing it in vs copy/paste. Also, try pasting the whole license into the Advanced window."

This information does not appear on the Licensing Troubleshooting page, go figure.

In my case the email was fine. However I printed the email as a PDF which must be where the dash turned into a bashtard ☀
