FredoScale load error

I am trying to install Fredo Scale 3.0 and cannot get it to load.
I am using SKUP Pro 2017.
I have the most recent Fredo Lib file and the most recent Fredo Scale rbz file.The error says:
Error Loading File Fredo6_FredoScale.rb
Error: #<LoadError: cannot load such file -- Fredo6_!LibFredo6.rb>

C:/Users/206528733/AppData/Roaming/SketchUp/SketchUp 2017/SketchUp/Plugins/Fredo6_FredoScale.rb:25:in<top (required)>' Error Loading File FredoScale_v3.0a.rb Error: #<SyntaxError: C:/Users/206528733/AppData/Roaming/SketchUp/SketchUp 2017/SketchUp/Plugins/FredoScale_v3.0a.rb:1: Invalid char\x03' in expression>I have tried every variation of previous versions and restarting and saving in the plugin folder.
What am I doing wrong? -
Hello, In case you did not figure it out yet. I got the same error and it was fixed when I installed "Fredo6". Meaning you need to install 2 plugins for FredoScale to work.
