Complex Curved Ramp

I'm trying to creae a complex curved ramp with a 13'-4" high floor to floor. I have attached the sketchup model if anyone cares to view. Can someone lead me to a tutorial or extensions(s) that can help with this?

Fredo's Curvishear is one. Shape bender is another. Tools on surface could be used as well (here's an oldie but goodie tut for that one http://sketchucation.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=18%26amp;t=14565).
