Where is transparency?

I'm a long time SUp Ver 5 User, now using Ver 2015, trying to change the transparency of a texture, and I can't find where to do that?

Joe, I'm on a mac so maybe a little different. There is an "opacity" slider at the bottom of the Paint Bucket window. Guessing something similar on windows?

nope all I see is a slider to darken / lighten the Tex, not the opacity.

I'm using SU8 and it is further down the edit pane not sure if it's the same in SU15
I sometimes have to drag down the assigned materials in the file to see it.
