      πŸ‘ I love this UFO ! πŸ˜„
And I assume that the complete terrains are made by you also ? - Wow!

How did you cut out or model the elyptic window shapes out from the shell and kept this smooth outline nevertheless?

Thanks for the comment Hornoxx.Yes i made the landscape mesh as well.I often use the erode plugin to add some random differentiation after the regular sand box tools. I just scaled the windows to fit the shell geometry. It made it easier when i made the geometry divisible by 16 the number of windows. The original sphere i squished had 160 facets. Here is a WIP:

          Thanks Simon
So it is "classic intersection" and to save on geometry would be wrong therefore.
I first assumed that you've used any subdivide option perhaps...

concerning your terrains - still just magic πŸ˜„

Yes just the regular intersect faces etc. The hard part is setting it up, the preparation. Was quite tricky getting the two separate parts to fit neatly.

              Another prefect render!

I'm old enough to remember this and the other futuristic pre-fab house of that era. They inspired me to make crazy house designs as well.

I didn't model the interior looks quite fiddly. Plus modelling it inside the faberge egg would be mind bending πŸ˜‰
