Round Corner Arc Curve?

So like many people I've used Fredo's awesome Round Corner plugin for years.
When you make a rounded corner with it you get a segmented arc. What you don't get is an arc curve, or in another words and arc with a proper radius in Entity Info.
Does anyone know of a rounded corner plugin that can do a true arc curve like this?

Radius 2 m (Imposed by User before or after! )
Segments 18
Lenght ~3.14 m
