Can you do that in SketchUp?

Most of you have probably seen this new video from the SketchUp team.
I am an interior architect and designer and also train SketchUp for living. Many of those I train are architects. To attract people start using SketchUp i struggle to convince them how useful SketchUp can be doing serious work in projects. Many have the impression that SketchUp is just a toy and in best case useable for drawing simple cubes representing buildings in a survey project. I have for long time been thinking of putting up a page showing what amazing things can be done in SU on my website. For that I would appreciate all info regarding beautyful projects done in SU.- Architectual projects
Interior/furniture projects
Design projects
Graphical/Illustrations
3D printing
Landscaping
organic sculpting
Rendering

I am also looking for facts or funny facts about SU. Like how many users are present(2017) using SU on daily bases? Well known or famous projects or users, special projects, simulations, animations. Projects done using plugins showing that SU is capable of doing allmost anything are welcome.
If you have a project you are proud of I can use I will of course put your name and link to any material I am allowed to use on the site.

There is also a good thread of stuff in the gallery section. Somebody also just posted an awesome clock in the gallery that i thought was real until I read the comments although that was more to do with rendering skill.

Thank you. Yes, nothing to do with SketchUp at work, but a great hobby and a good compensation...

You can modelise quasi any thing with Su except true organic like ZBrush things!
As SU has now subdivision with Artisan or/and Subd that becomes more easy if possible!
(or a free rustic one : Loop Subdivision
No need many plugins!

Really incredible what can be done with this tool.
I miss some links to architectural projects though, -partially or completely done with SU. Nick Sonder is one good example. What about bigger projects, - anyone?
