Terrain sharp points

Hi guys. I am beginner. how can i fix it? i dont want sharp points this terrain.

It just seems to be sticking up (from looking at the picture). Use the move tool to move that vertex or vertices back down to be consistent with the rest or erase the edges and retrace that area.
