I can not get extension lines to to resize simultaneously when moving extent point. If I rotate the the dimension it works fine. If I return it to original rotation it does not work. Resizing the lines individually works fine. Any input would be most appreciated.

    Thank you

Which version of LayOut are you talking about? Your profile indicates you are still using SU8 which implies LO3.

Thanks for quick reply. I'm running 2017 on Mac Sierra 10.12.1 . I guess it's been awhile since I updated my profile )).

OK. With LO 2017, the offsets on the extension lines are not linked so you have to adjust them individually. This allows you to have different offsets. It also allows the dimension to remain linked to the entity you are dimensioning. You would only need to edit them for one dimension, though. If you have other dimensions that need the same offset, you can can edit one, sample it and apply the edit to the others.

Happy to help. I guess if you're used to moving the extension line offsets together it can be a surprise but I think the benefits of the way dimensions work now outweigh the downside of being able to adjust them individually and maintain the association to the SketchUp model.
