Can't open a Scrapbook window in Layout 2017. Mac user.

I'm certainly no wiz at Layout so I'm guessing that it's just me but I can open all windows in Layout but my Scrapbook. I can see my Scrapbook folder when I follow the path to it and it has all of my scrapbook files in it but I just cant seem to access it from within the app. I'm on a mac using the latest OS. Everything is up to date. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Did you manually place your scrapbook files in the location, or did you open the files in LO and add them as scrapbooks?
Also, your profile seems to be out of date w.r.t. Sketchup versions, kindly update.

Found the solution:
I am using a second monitor on my MacBook. When I disconnect the monitor, the panels get scattered out of the monitor space and don't return after I reconnect.
Go to Mac system preferences -> monitors -> arrange and there you'll find a check bos "synchronize monitors". That brings back all panels in the monitor space.
