Components / Blocks in LO

Does anyone know if it is possible to create components or 'blocks' (like autocad) in LO? Meaning we could edit something in a title block and it would change across all drawings (for example).
Just curious as we would find that really useful for amending drawing titles across multiple drawings.

as for the specific example, a title block can be on a layer which is visible on all pages. -
We do have them set on every drawing. It would just be cool if we could make changes across all files. Like maybe an insertable LO file as an x-ref or something.
