Geo Location for SU 2016 not working

Earlier today I was able to locate and grab a terrain photo for a specific site using the geo-locate option.
When I went to do it for another location, the add location box pops up, but the "grab" feature is nowhere to be found. I tried the original location to see if it was location sensitive. Now even that location does not work.
Any ideas of what is going on?

Often caused by a resizing issue.
Drag the window larger to see the grab button. -
