Photoshop Post processing tutorials

Does anyone have any good websites they have found helpful for using photoshop for post processing? There is a specific issue I am having with one of my renders, where one of the 3D objets I've used has quite a lot of banding, and I'd like to soften it. Any tips gratefully received!

Google 'smoothing groups' (soften edges controls in Sketchup). It has nothing to do with Post.
