Layout Error 101

Hi All,

Anyone else experiencing difficulty pasting geometry direct from SU to layout? I regularly copy surfaces from my SU model and paste into LO to create hatching overlays. I am finding with SU 2016, I am regularly getting an Error 101 saying I am unable to save my document and that I have to revert to the previously saved file. Anyone know what might be causing this?

Hi Stan-

Thanks for mentioning this issue - error 101 occurs when there's a LayOut group with only one entity in it. It's an internal sort of error that we don't really ever want to display to someone using LayOut. I will file a bug in our tracking system to investigate this issue.

If you find a way to consistently cause this error, please share the SketchUp model and your exact work steps with us so we can make sure that your particular case is handled by our fix.
