Any way to have dimensions with MM and Inches together?

Just wondering if is possible to have dimension lines in the same model that are NOT in the model's units.
As an example, I needed to put some measurements in inches on a model built in millimeters (beside other dimensions that were in mm). Of course, there is always the possibility to edit the dimension line text, but I was wondering if it's possible to have it and keep the dimension linked. -
