Inserted PDF Rendering in 2016 vs. 2015

I think this is a bug.
I am having rendering issues with several inserted PDFs when exporting in 2016.I back saved the file to 2015 and things render and export as expected.
Same machine, fonts, etc. The only difference is opening and exporting the file in 2016 or back saving and opening and exporting in 2015.
