3D CURVE

I have made this top surface with Soap Skin Bubble. Surface was like Bulge, thats why i made a pressure in Soap Skin but on some spots its now recess (1 on picture). Which tool would be better to achive surface (on front side to radius, on back side to flat, on sides to this curves) if possible?
Sometimes I get errors (2 on picture). Why?
