      Hi All,

Im wondering how i can align SU views correctly when youve added a GEO location. When you start modelling a fresh scene the views are going to align properly with your model. But when you want your model/scene to be aligned with its geo location how can i than align the SU views again according to its geo location?

you'd need to model the terrain (ie. the positions of corners as per surveying maps for your site location) correctly, set the solarnorth correctly w.r.t. the terrain

then position your axis (x=0, y=0, z=0) is at can be used as reference for the actual geo-location

that's how I would do it, very few project require this level of precision though, mostly just locate the model to a known location and set the solarnorth

Save the Earth, it's the only planet with chocolate.
