Extension Warehouse troubles...

Sorry if this doesn't fit here.
Maybe someone can help me out. I bought two extensions via the Extension Warehouse
(they were not available elsewhere at the time) and worked fine. My system crashed and I lost everything on it. Re-installed Sketchup and plugins but now two from Ext. Warehouse are showing up only as trials and I cannot find any way to change that. I cannot even find contact info for the Extension Warehouse...Any help would be great, thanks.
PS. the plugins were S4U Slice and TruOffset
