Having an issue with drape

I have a contour and then I have some geometry that I want to drape over the contour. I've tried making the contour a couple different ways, but nothing is working out for me. If someone could point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.
Fixed the piece I want to drape so that it fits the same width as the contoursidel.skp

Just got what I needed to work. I came across the plugin shape bender, it was exactly what I needed!
