      HI Everybody

I'm sweating on setting the following DC Object.

Is_it possible to set a sub Dynamic component inside a DC parent without making it
      standalone ?
Let see the file. I would like to be able to "select" position on the cylinder which
is a "child" from Theta ( Cristaux"1)whereas the Theta and 2Theta are running.

      Thanks a lot

Here is an example of a DC component that uses nesting.
Please note that the door still works if you make a mirror copy.

        nested bifold

          Hi Gary

          Thanks for your help.

I've found a solution. Please just play with the file.
Explanation: 2Theta is changed into a sub component of Theta, then I considered Theta component as parent...then I can click on cristals to change the position, while the goniometer is turning.Sub DC 2 component.skp
Have a look on the drafty modification.

          Cheers
