Modelling a tramway
-
yes I have some old plans, but not very detailed. At the moment I am modelling an ET12 of RHB
-
the ufocar is a mercedes conceptcar (warehouse)

The future one looks great as well!
-
and here is the panoramic view:

a new one
-
Wow. Top notch! Love everything about this one!
-
Those trams are something else, nice.

The last one is almost real...a bit less contrast will help it leap forward IMO. All of them are also great renders
-
Thank you for your kind comments.
My old machine started to render a video... let's see what will be out in a few weeks...
-
I saw that you scanned a complicated frontpart of a tramway with 123dcatch. I'm going to scan my boat with PrimeSense + Artec Studio, however I'm not familiar with MeshLab you used for post processing. Is it hard for a newbie? Could you give any advice you have about such kind of software? Free if possible
-
Meshlab is a nice app for converting 3d files, reduce mesh or close holes. it is easy to learn
-
video is rendering for 350 hours now and 50% finished
-
Ouch, That figure gives me a new respect for those who produce CGI films. 350 hours.....
-
fortunately it is an old machine.
I exported the twilightfile to Kerythea and I can work with SU on my current machines.

eh, the big ones have unimaginable computing power (not to minimize the skill and artistry they have as well).
-
still rendering (1020 hours) only 100 frames left. looking forward to the end!
-
after 1200 hours video is finished:
-
50 days!

...as long as the processor only sweats, but not jo-ke a prima result though! -
yes, it is an old machine, that has nothing else to do...
