Can sketchup import export models to interface with any game engines or texture engines?
If so, any free ones?

As you can export/ Import as OBJ format + Material, seems you are compatible with any games engines or textures engine

this is a planetary / terrain engine, but I have seen some attempts at archviz with it

Sketchup models can be used in game engines but id advice using Blender or Maya to clean up the models before bringing them into a game engine, i find i have to weld all verts, delete duplicated surfaces and reverse some normal's. also be very wary of the topology in SU isn't ideal for game engines unless you mange the topology to quads and tris only.
