Can sketchup import export models to interface with any game engines or texture engines?

      If so, any free ones?

As you can export/ Import as OBJ format + Material, seems you are compatible with any games engines or textures engine πŸ˜‰

For free one (for SU MAKE) see TIG OBJ import / Export at the Plugin Store πŸ€“

I have not tried any of these yet, on my "to do" list:

          • godot (free / opensource)
          • Unity (Free*)
          • Unreal 4 (free*)
          • = T's & C's apply

there is also this one, which I forgot to mention above:

            • Outerra

this is a planetary / terrain engine, but I have seen some attempts at archviz with it

Sketchup models can be used in game engines but id advice using Blender or Maya to clean up the models before bringing them into a game engine, i find i have to weld all verts, delete duplicated surfaces and reverse some normal's. also be very wary of the topology in SU isn't ideal for game engines unless you mange the topology to quads and tris only.

Here is a simple game i made over the space of a year for mobile devices using the Unity game engine, completely free to play. any questions on game development using sketchup don't be afraid to pm me.

if you're contemplating using Blender as intermediate to a games engine from SketchUp, look into the BlendUp plugin: https://cgcookiemarkets.com/blender/all-products/blendup-sketchup-to-blender-converter/

There is also another intermediate, PlayUp: http://www.playuptools.com/

3DSimEd imports and exports SU models into a variety of racing simulators.
