Trouble Projecting Image

I am having a heck of a time trying to project the Scottish flag onto a waving surface. This worked fine for US Flag so I thought I was doing it correctly making sure that it is a projected image and unique texture. I have also tried S Korean Flag and S African flag and I get similar problem.
Sketchup file is attached as is image file that I am trying to project. Any suggestions?
