Great model and render, Jochen.
How did you do the texturing if you don't mind my asking?

Thank you for your nice comments.
The sushitextures are only projected textures.
I still have problems to texture organic structures -
Excellent work!
Bit of trivia for ya. The man who designed the now iconic Kikkoman bottle died 2 weeks ago. He was one of the founders of Studio G, a very high end Japanese design studio. They also designed some of the Shinkansen as well as famous Japanese motorcycles.
Sigh, I was also thinking about doing food as my next project but you have beat me to it.

your models and VR are fantastic. I can tell that one place is a auper expensive restaurant--if you have to drink out of a box!
-
I've modelled a typical german waterbottle and putted into the scene.

Chinese for lunch today.

That is pretty terrific. Near Perfection. You lose a few points cuz the Soy Sauce isn't gluten free.
-
great work
(irrespective of whether the rice is lactose free)
since there is no sushi supplier here at this time of the day, I ordered a pizza! -
Thank you for your nice comments.
here's some water in it
-
Wow!
besides everything else - the precise glass-detailing of the water bottle is impressive - how did you do that? -
It is just a bump map.

You should look at stopping your panoramas from auto loading.
They take so long I usually don't click your threads any more. -
