Creating terrain using heightmap

Hello, I'm just wondering if there's an easy way to connect heightp maps in sketchup?
This is what ive got, its all imported from .dwg with a lot of lines.
Is there any way to make this a solid ground?Hope you know what Im saying, Im not that good at explaining
