I really like the look of this rendering and it looks like an SU image export with a sketchy Style and materials.

And the trees, they look genuinely hand drawn so maybe it's done post processing. -

It might be that all the lines were drawn in post but you could make a sketchy line style that is similar and also make tree components that look like those.
