Cool looking render, style?

I really like the look of this rendering and it looks like an SU image export with a sketchy Style and materials.

What do you think they did?
Background photoshopped in?
And the trees, they look genuinely hand drawn so maybe it's done post processing.

It might be that all the lines were drawn in post but you could make a sketchy line style that is similar and also make tree components that look like those.
