Failed to "Follow Me" on rounded mesh part and curved path..

I wanna made some round corners, trying to use the "follow me" tool but failed...
Any suggestions...?

Your model isn't loading for me but at a guess the usual reason is scale.
If your model is too small it has problems forming tiny faces.
Try scaling up. -
