Done and done. I loved question 5, good thing someone is interested to find out what their client base wanted i.t.o. remuneration model. Personally I prefer paying for software and upgrading as I need / see fit, some people would prefer the subscription method I suppose. Any chance different models can be worked out to suit the different options?
