How To Make Sidewalk Ramp

Hey I'm new to this forum! I am hoping one of you could help me know how I can design a Sidewalk ramp in front of a driveway.
In the photo on the top left you will see the profile of my regular sidewalk blocks. But I have no idea how to follow that 'V' groove down the slant in my sidewalk ramp. The same with my curved edge. Follow me won't make it happen. How would I go about this?
Any help is appreciative!

You can make three lines and move the middle one down...

What cotty said is the easiest or you can create two lines and use Joint Push&Pull plugin to push the surface down. For the outer edge I believe follow me would work or you can try Round Corner plugin .
