An Friend is developing a Video Texture Plugin for me now in Beta
Runs with 25 fps in Sketchup 8 and sucks with 5 fps in Sketchup 2014 would you like and maby pay for this? -

Rightclick on Videotexture has options Play Backward - Loop - Play any 2 Backward- Speed - Next Step is a Timeline and the option to animate Textures betwen Scenes
