Robin Williams RIP

Got a bit of a shock on hearing about the passing of Robin Williams today. It appears that he was suffering from severe depression and it looks like it could be suicide.
He was a funny guy and one of may favourite actors. Those of us old enough will probably remember 'Nano Nano'!

Yes I will miss Robin Williams. They have shown clips of a number of his movies today, but not the one where I thought he did his best, that would be Popeye. He brought Popeye to life. A great movie.

My favorite movie memory and another one not often mentioned was 'The World according to Garp'.

The man was a comedic genius and will be sadly missed. Its desperately sad that he was driven to this end, what does it say about how mental illness is treated today and that does not even hint at those who go out with easily obtained guns to kill others. Time to treat mental illness seriously and look out for those who have it.
