I agree with KrisM, the wood texture on the coffee table is unbelievable! But the grain of the wooden floor is beautiful too. Although, I think KrisM is being little too fussy with his comment of the joints!! If that was a laminate floor surely they would be that close??!!

        These are fantastic renders.

Very very nice. The wood is lovely. BTW KrisM is talking about the overlaps/staggering of the end joints, they are normally more evenly spread for stability.

I had to look a few times at the first image to see if it was a photo or render. As KrisM said, those are some of the best folds I seen in a render. Very nice.

                Neets,
A normal configuration for the floor installation would be that the joints for the next row of flooring would be offset by 16" to 24". The joints would not line up without two rows being between. Hope that makes sense. This applies to all kinds of situations such siding on the walls of a house. I was taught this as an apprentice a long time ago and when I don't see it, things don't look right. Just my somewhat anal point of view.
                KrisM

Great work mate! Now I want to go back to bed! The floor does however draw your eye, that said we are all render artists, not sure joe public will pick that up!

Looks great! Wrong furniture grain directions always standout to me. The material for the frame on the coffee table should be rotated 90. I guess if it was veneer it wouldn't matter.

                    Thanks,
