Error when exporting to DWG

Hi

When a sketch up file has been exported to DWG for loading in auto cad we keep getting the following error when its opened in autocad 2000

Then when i click yes on that i get this next error

I click ok

Then the product which is a 5mm thick bar rounded on the corners looks like this?

Is there something that is missing or we arn't doing correctly?
