Hello everyone

I have a problem with saving shortcuts and plugins toolbars , on sketchup 2013 on Mac
when I do the changes and quit sketchup and then open it , everything back to default !.
I deleted sketchup and everything related to it , Shortcuts.plist , plugins ...
But the problem still there.

Any suggestions from you guys ??
