Import 20+ calibrated cameras from FBX

i'm trying to find a solution for photogrammetry task.
here is some description.
i have to make a big city location model.
From more then 3000 photos via photoscan http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCPheXwPeFLnWHo8u4ksSH7w software i made over 20 FBX scenes with a different pieces of my location.
This FBX contains from 25 to 300 calibrated in 3d space cameras, and some draft geometry.

i want to use the sketchup's power of imagemodeling:

import draft mesh as template
import images
import calibrated cameras
start making final textured geo.

but there is a problem on step 3. i was looking for solution in the plugin section, but there is no good answer.

please give me some advice, how to solve it
