Rescale drawing with text and notations

**Hi All
I completed a nice set of drawings in Layout recently and today the designer asked if she could get the drawings in a different scale. When I tried to rescale the drawings the dimensions seemed to follow but the text and other graphic notations that I added did not.
Is there a way to select all of these components (drawing, text and graphic notations, etc.)
and have them all resize to whatever scale I choose in the scale menu?Thanks so much.**
