      Hello,

      A question about contours/sandbox tools. This is an small island. You see the coastline? Is is possible that when making face from contours, sketchup could recognize the outer line so I don't have to erase all edges to the coastline.

      I'm using Sketchup 2014 pro/Windows 7.

        There is a selection plugin for this. I think the author was thomthom.

        You can also triple-click, group, open the group, select and delete all except the outer edges.

          Can you remember the plugin? I checked thomthoms plugins from the store, but I don't know which one it is...

            if you have the perimeter of the plat you can push pull it up as a face and then intersect out the excess.
