Sketchup 2013 mac street view not working

Hi,
I was wondering if you could help me, i have a 2013 sketch up pro on mac, which has suddenly stopped allowing me to photo texture buildings from the street views.I can import google earth maps onto the site.
I can see the google earth map in the photo texture screen.
but the street view is greyed out with only the navigation / street names visible.
It was working last week, and i tried everything to get it working, even to the point where i reformatted my laptop to get it working. but it still won't show anything on the street view piece.
ive installed the 2014 make and the street view works on that but i need the old one as i have vray for it, and I'm having trouble finding vary 2.0 for mac
please help

you can run both, v2013 pro and v2014 pro, on the same mac...
I would remove all Plugins other than 'VRay' from v2013, re-download a new set of Plugins updated for v2014 [without 'VRay']...
Work in v2014 unless I wanted to render, when I would do a save as v2013, open that model in v2013 and use 'VRay' on it...
This will avoid any plugin clashes and has the advantage of running both SU versions at exactly the same time if your machine has the power...

Thats great thanks, i didnt realise 2014 was allowing to back save, thought they did there old trick of new version, previous versions screwed.etc

Hi even 2014, although street view is working in 2014, its not seeming to bring the grabs into the model, where it would normaly apply it, it turns out grey when put on the model.
is there anything you can think of?
