Move large tool set SU2014

does anyone know how to move large tool set.
I can only move it to the left or right side,but cant re size it or move it to the top, am moving over from SU8 doing this for the video output.otherwise happy with 8
I have the large tool set on the top so really dont want to learn where everything is on the side,or master keyboard shortcut,

I think the only way is to make custom toolbars with the needed tools from the large toolset:
(use Ctrl to move a copy!)[screenr:1efh5uvx]0s1N[/screenr:1efh5uvx]
