Hello sorry for the bad Subject.
i have had search with google and i dont find the right word to find this.
have this animation-effect a special name (growing up step by step)?

is it possible to do this in Sketchup or anybody know an other way to do this ( Plugin or other Programs)?

You can use section cuts together with scenes to produce a similar animation effect, some examples are here, here and here (basic instructions).

hello cotty tnx for this links . this feature u have linked i know.
in the video look this effect like section cut animation for all the own part.
ill try to explain in german cotty or i ask this question again in the german forum.
is difficult for me to explain in english.some documetation in the TV (most historical docu)show . how the building growing up brick for brick, beam for beam. sometimes like section cut animation or showing step by step or laying down etc..
i will hope u can understand me. its difficult to explain this in german ,too.
