Sketchup UI

Hi there, I'm having a problem every time I restart my PC, sketchup reset the locations of my toolbars, and removes preset toolbars, ie Construction and Camera etc.
Basically when I start Sketchup, it's like starting a fresh install of Sketchup every time. Please Help
I posted something down the lines like this, a couple weeks back, but I have lost the post. lol.
Forgot to mention, I'm using Sketchup 2014, and it happens on 2013 make too, I also have win 8 if that helps,

Does anyone have any idea what to do, or has experienced anything like it before?
I've searched the internet, and no answer there to, I was hoping you guy's would know what to do. -
Did you try to start SU with administrator privileges and is the bahaviour different?

Does anyone have any idea what is happening? I can't go to the techs, about this because I don't own pro, and it won't let you continue on the help page unless you click pro, or pro reseller. So my only chance of finding out what is going on is you guys.
