Downloading and Installing .rbz files

Hi everybody :
I've been trying to install a downloaded .rbz file. I first downloaded it to my DOWNLOADS folder. The (within Sketchup 8) clicked on PREFERENCES>EXTENSIONS > LOCATE EXTENSION. When I do a search outside of Sketchup, I see it in the DOWNLOADS folder. But, from within Sketchup the place where I know I placed doesn't appear. And, I followed the directions EXACTLY. There's got to be a work-around for the instructions I saw in the Forum. garystan
