REQ: Tool switching plugin
-
Hi guys
I have a request, maybe someone has made this or will be willing to help me out here.
I am looking for a plugin that picks up your last 2 used drawing tools. For example, if I use a lot the line tool and then constantly switching between line and arc, to have a tool i can shortcut, so by pressing it, it chooses line, pressing it again, it switches to arc, instead of going and pick it again. (ignoring pan / orbit / and zooming commands ) -
For this you can use the shortcuts "l" (=line) and "a" (=arc) without the need for a plugin.
edit:
you can find an overview of the standard shortcuts here:

You could use Recall Last Tool.

http://dl.trimble.com/sketchup/2013/en/sketchup2013refcardwin.pdfI already have both on a shortcut. What i basically wanted was something i can program 2 commands into one shortcut. It sounds stupid i know, but it would be really useful for me.
For Example: You have the letter X as a shortcut. With that you can put in circle and rectangle in it, so by pressing it once.. it will be circle, pressing it again its rectangle, pressing it again.. its back to circle. Call me lazy, but i don't work with toolbars, everything has a shortcut, and 99% of my work is speed-modeling.
