Virtual restoration. Workflow (wip)
-
I want to show my experience and workflow with SketchUp. Just take a virtual restoration of the ruins and make it as the hotel. Later I will try to make render...
It is simply the result of leisure ....I hope you will be interested to see it. With pleasure I expect advice or question

Looking good. Some poo-poo Match Photo but I think it can be very effective. Is this building near you? Will it be renovated in reality too? (Have some nice buildings hereabouts that are empty because of the cost to bring them up to code-brick factories with metal roofs, but nicely designed.)
-
It was planned as a hotel, but the crisis stopped the process. it is near and spoils city view.
-
Great start. Looking forward to the rest of the steps.
-
Like where this is going! Yet it seems the building doesn't lend itself to housing hotel rooms. It would make a great lobby and restaurant etc. for a hotel--with a rear wing for the rooms.
-
A hotel needs more storeys above. But the modelling process looks great
-
Behind the main building is an outhouse. And an inner courtyard. Naturally the first floor has a restaurant and more. It's a small hotel, guest house right words
-
90% have already been restored

Wonderful ! Simple, yet very effective !!
-
Very well done!
-
Good work. Presents the project well!
A quick attempt in a different vein. Hope you don't mind.
-
Really do not mind! A nice result. Similar to watercolor
