Is there any way way to view any selected point's altitude above sea level or elevation? I'd like to know the altitude of various points on my imported "geo-referenced" Google Earth terrain layer. Is there any way to do this?
      Thanks very much in advance!

        Hi:
Follow this link and see if it answers your question:

Edit: By the way, it is not my policy to automatically recommend a plugin to someone posting in the Newbie forum. However, it appears you may have sufficient experience by the type of question you asked. I don't know of any other way in native sketchup to get this data readily without resorting to a script.

If you wouldn't mind, it would be helpful to fill in more info in your user profile. The information actually helps others to help you better.

I take the slow, deliberate approach in my aimless wandering.
