Layout 2013 drawers
-
Hi,
I've just made the change from using su 8 with snow leopard to running 2013 pro on mavericks.
As with many other people, i'm finding it hard not to be a little underwhelmed with 2013 in general, but i'm pinning my hopes on some awesome improvements for the 2014 release, and looking forward to getting solid and reliable LO performance, particularly with regards to the slightly offset snapping/dimensions which plagued my work in the previous version.
At the moment, i've only got as far a opening the program, and rearranging everything how i had it before, but already i'm having problems with the toolbars/drawers.
Just wondering if i'm on my own here of if anyone else is having the same trouble...
I have a 13" mbp, so i'm limited on screen space, and when running LO3, i was able to stack the drawers together and just minimise or maximise them as required without it being a big deal, but i'm finding with my new setup when drawers are stacked together, if i maximise one, it appears behind the remaining stack, needing another click to bring it to the front, and maximising or minimising other drawers confuses the order and prevents them from sticking together like they always used to before.
I've attached some screenshots to try and show what's happening.
If this is going to keep happening, it is going to pose a serious problem to my workflow, so i'm just wondering if i'm the only one experiencing this, or if it is a known LO issue, or if it relates to Mavericks rather then LO.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Trev

Hi Trev-
Unfortunately that problem is caused by some API changes in Mavericks. As far as I know there's no work-around for the problem, although we're working on a fix.
Thanks,
Marc
