Modelling question?

I'm attempting to model a vehicle which has a plow on the front, and this vehicle has a spherical like shape on the front of it. I'm trying to draw a plow along the spherical shape, but I am running into great trouble. I am including a diagram to show exactly what I am trying to do.
Can anybody point me to any plugins, or offer any advice that could help me?

Another one will be modelize the plow with another method then Intersect with the sphere!
