Projection extension: missing icons

What a wonderful plugin, but once installed the toolbar doesn't appear.
Sketchup 2013 W7
I have been searching about any comment or solution through internet. I have tried all updates and patch, but still the same.
I have done everything, and is loaderd and installed and the toolbar ticked on the view menu. So I don't know what to do.
Anybody could help me to fix it?

Not much for us to go on but here's something to try. Pull all of your toolbars off the top rows, When you pulled them all down do you find the Projection toolbar in the upper left corner? If you do, it would be a sign you never downloaded any maintenance releases of SU. You'll be able to position the toolbar where you want it now and put the others back but you should download the current version of SU2013.

Thank you very much. I did it. I cannot believe it. Yesterday I also moved the toolbars to see if it was behind the others. Anyway, thanks again for your help.

Catch up to today and install the current version of SU2013. If you don't, you'll probably have the same problem with the next extension you install.
