Keyshot rounded corner problem

When I try keyshot rounded edge feature gives me the result on the picture.
Is there anything I can do with this in sketchup

First, post the model or the part of it. Second have you tried the Tesselation suggestions on Keyshot Forum?
Do you understand what they are trying to say?
